FLINKI TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to Flinki! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flinki platform and services (“Platform”). By registering, browsing, buying, selling, or interacting on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who We Are

Flinki LLC-FZ is a UAE-registered company offering a global digital community for sports and fitness enthusiasts.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction) to use Flinki. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to post or upload false, misleading, offensive, or harmful content.
• You will not engage in spam, harassment, or unlawful behavior.
• You must not misrepresent goods, events, or services in the Marketplace.

Platform Features

Flinki offers:

• A community space for networking and discussions
• A user-to-user marketplace for goods/services
• Event listings and booking
• Profiles and reputation systems
• Messaging and notification tools

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.

Marketplace and Payments

• Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk. Flinki does not guarantee item authenticity or delivery.
• Sellers must comply with applicable laws and taxes.
• Refunds, disputes, and returns are the responsibility of the transacting parties unless otherwise stated.

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Flinki a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform.
• We may remove any content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All Flinki branding, logos, code, and content (excluding user-generated content) are our intellectual property. You may not copy or exploit any part without express permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in harmful behavior. You may also close your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flinki is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage from using (or being unable to use) the Platform
• Transactions, disputes, or interactions with other users
• Unauthorized access to your data

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Flinki harmless from any claim or demand resulting from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Updates

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
